Volunteering at the Library

The purpose of the Farmington Community Library Volunteer Program is to enable the Library to continue to provide educational, recreational, and cultural services and programs free of charge to the community. At the same time, volunteers gain the satisfaction of giving back to their community.

The Farmington Community Library Volunteer Program has many opportunities for people to share their skills, experience, time and energy. More than 100 individuals volunteer at our libraries each year. Our volunteers range from teens to seniors and the types of jobs available are as varied and diverse as our volunteers
